Award Nights
Our annual ‘Night of Stars’ event is the Four Pillars Hotels equivalent of the Oscars, and it recognises those employees who have gone the extra mile throughout the year.Last year’s event took place at the Cotswold Water Park hotel, and our nominees were transported into the spectacular and magical world of fire and ice. The main room was transformed into an ice palace, with the tables, chairs and walls all covered in white drapes; and a large ice sculpture of the winners trophy.
This year’s winners have been invited to a masquerade ball at our Witney hotel.
The awards are voted for by the employees themselves, with the winners on the night receiving a star trophy, framed certificate and a cheque for £500.
