Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel and Tortworth Court Four Pillars Hotel have both been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2014.  Considered the biggest travel website in the world, TripAdvisor’s ‘Certificate of Excellence’ award is given to outstanding hospitality businesses that have received praise and recognition in reviews by TripAdvisor users.  To obtain this accolade, businesses must maintain an overall rating of four or higher, out of a possible five, as reviewed by travellers on TripAdvisor as well as additional criteria such as the volume of reviews received within the last year.
