We have several benefits including the following

Staff accommodation

Certain roles mean that live-in accommodation is an added benefit for you, which can always help with the cost of living, especially in some of the more expensive areas. We can’t guarantee a single room, but all are fully furnished and food is provided for you.

Staff meals

Unlike some companies, whilst you are on duty you are entitled to your meals at work, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or the night shift! Meals are provided in each of the hotels, and staff rooms and breakout areas are provided for you to take a well deserved break.

Staff rates for you and your family

Working in such luxurious surroundings often means that you can get used to the quality of life, so why not take a well earned break at one of our hotels. In addition to discounted accommodation rates, we also offer excellent discounts on food & drink. This offer is also open to your family, so they could enjoy going to stay at one of our hotels whilst you are still working!

Long service awards

With so many of our staff wanting to stay working within the group, a recognition programme for their continuous service is really important to us. With 2009 celebrating at least 25 people with a minimum of 5 years service, 4 of these exceeding 15 years with the company, you can see we are an employer people want to stay working for. We present recognition awards at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, and 20 years service (and in 2007 we even celebrated one employee’s 30 years with the company) Awards are presented by each General Manager and comprise of a service award badge and a gift from a two night break for two to £250.

Thank you cheques

As a little extra, our General and Senior Managers within the business, are all given a cheque book which contains ‘thank-you’ cheques. These can be issued to an employee who goes the extra mile in their role, and then paid direct into their wages

Shining stars scheme

It is not just us as employers who like to recognise the shining stars within our teams. We also give the opportunity to our guests, who can nominate an employee who they feel has given exceptional service during their stay. These nominations are then collated and the winner is presented with their award each month.
