Old Boathouse Gastro Pub awarded an AA Rosette
Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars Hotel is delighted to announce that its fantastic waterside restaurant, The Old Boathouse has been awarded an AA Rosette!
The long-established Rosette scheme recognises successful cooking at different levels across the UK. Only 10% of restaurants nationwide are of a standard that is worthy of One Rosette and above. AA Rosettes are solely awarded by AA Hotel and Restaurant Inspectors. External influences from hotels, restaurants or other guides are not taken into account when awarding Rosettes.
General Manager of Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars Hotel, Steve Jones, is delighted: “This is a fantastic accolade and I am incredibly proud of the team at The Old Boathouse. A key part of our success is due to our focus on using local, quality produce. We have a close relationship with all of our suppliers and, as a result, our customers know that they can rely on us to deliver consistently delicious food. It is our aim to bring good, home-cooked, British food to our customers and we are thrilled that our passion and hard work has been recognised”.
