1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of Four Pillars Hotels, their families, agents or anyone else professionally associated with the draw.
2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. Entries must be submitted via www.four-pillars.co.uk and entry is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Tortworth Court/Jools Holland Winner, Four Pilllars Hotels, Olney House, Ducklington Lane, Witney, Oxfordshire, OX28 4EX between July 15 and August 15, 2008.
4. All entries must be received by midnight on Friday, July 4, 2008.
5. The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date of the prize draw.
6. One entrant will win two tickets to see Jools Hollabd at the National Arboretum, Westonbirt on July 18, 2008. The prize also includes overnight accommodation on the same evening at Tortworth Court Four Pillars Hotel on a bed and breakfast basis in a standard twin or double room. Travel to and from Westonbirt and any incidental costs incurred at the hotel are not included.
7. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable, non-negotiable and there are no cash alternatives.
8. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
9. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
10. English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.

Offers and Speciality Weekends
RatesRates listed are per person per night based on two adults sharing a standard twin/double or family room for a minimum of 2 nights on either a bed and breakfast or dinner, bed & breakfast package, as indicated. All rates are inclusive of Service and VAT at the present rate of 17.5%.
Rates listed for Speciality Weekends are per person sharing a standard twin/double for the stated number of nights and include dinner, bed, English breakfast and entertainment.
Bookings for Christmas Party Weekends at Abingdon and Witney must be for a minimum of 3 rooms.
Children's Rates
Children's rates are available on request for sharing their parent's room. Children in their own room will be charged 75% of the adult rate - minimum of 2 children per room. Speciality Weekends are not suitable for children.
Supplements
Supplements will apply for single rooms. Ask when booking.
Deposits
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £25.00 per person will be required at the time of booking for four rooms or more and for Speciality Weekends.
Confirmation & Payment
To confirm your reservation a credit card number will be required at the time of booking or alternatively confirmation will be required in writing. Payment for your stay, including extras, will be required in full upon departure from the hotel, less deposit if applicable.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing seven days prior to your arrival. If you cancel within seven days of your arrival a charge up to the quoted rate for the first night may be made if we are unable to sell the room.
Certain Speciality weekends depend on a minimum number of people. In the unlikely event of minimum numbers not being achieved we reserve the right to cancel the weekend, we will however give one month's notice. Any deposits paid will be refunded and/or an alternative date/break offered.
Check-In
Bedrooms are available from 2pm on the day of arrival (4pm at Tortworth Court, 3pm at Oxford Spires) and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
Reward Points
Reward points cannot be redeemed against any Speciality Weekends.
Christmas & New Year Residential Packages
RatesPrices for packages are per person sharing a standard twin/double or family room for the stated number of nights.
Children's Rates
Children's rates, where applicable are per child for the duration of the package sharing their parent's room. Children in their own room will be charged 75% of the adult rate - minimum of 2 children per room.
Supplements
A limited amount of single rooms are available and are subject to a supplement of £20.00 per room per night. Supplements quoted for room upgrades are per room per night.
Deposits
A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of £75.00 per person will be required at the time of booking. The final balance, which is also non-refundable, is due four weeks prior to arrival.
Packages
Programmes for the packages are subject to change, however we will notify you in advance if the changes are major.
Cancellations
No refunds will be made in the event of a cancellation unless we are able to resell the room. It may be advisable to take out insurance. You should consider taking out insurance cover from your normal supplier or alternatively we can supply details.

Reward Points
Reward points cannot be redeemed against Christmas and New Year packages.
Pet Policy
With the exception of working dogs for disabled people, our hotels do not accept pets.

Payment
When booking on-line you will be required to provide credit card details as a guarantee to secure the booking. No charges will be made to your card or you during the booking process. You will incur charges if you fail to cancel your booking within the cancellation period (see below). You can secure your booking by all major cards. Payment for your stay, including extras, will be required in full upon departure from the hotel.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made via www.four-pillars.co.uk using the reservation number provided at the time of booking. If you cancel after 12pm on the day of your arrival a charge up to the quoted rate for the first night may be made if we are unable to sell the room.

Special Requests
Booking on line allows you to make special requests. Whilst every effort will be made to carry out these requests, they cannot always be guaranteed.
General Terms and Conditions
Leisure ClubsMost Four Pillars Hotels have a leisure club which guests can use free of charge. However, additional services such as beauty treatments will be charged as taken. To avoid disappointment with beauty treatments it is advisable to pre book directly with the hotel.
Car Parking
All hotels have their own car parks which are available free of charge to residents. All cars are parked at their owners risk and Four Pillars Hotels does not accept any responsibility for damage or theft from vehicles parked within hotel premises.
Pet Policy
With the exception of working dogs for disabled people, our hotels do not accept pets.
